I'm used to telling school leavers about public relations. But primary school children - that's a new communications challenge for me. Instead, we looked at their first impressions of the university and I asked them to mock up a newsletter about their school.
Their impression of me? Posh - and crazy. The message about public relations: it's involved in impressions management.
Wow Richard - propaganda at the under 12s... are you sure that's allowed?
